Rental and property management After you sign a rental and property management agreement with us, your apartment will be rented as accommodation for tourists. This program contains the following: maintenance of an info-office for tourists who are looking for a place to stay internet reservation system active communication with guests before their arrival, handling reservation invoices taking care of guests not only before their arrival but also during their entire stay handling all the fees for energy, gas, water, and electricity for guests focus on effective marketing and advertising on how to attract new customers (co-operation with tour operators, internet and newspaper advertising, flyers, and attending tourist meeting, seminars and exhibitions). The projected rental management fee is 17% of the rental income. At the base of the High Tatras are three major ski resorts inter-connected via an efficient train shuttle system. Therefore it is simple to ski one resort in the morning and another in the afternoon. Most ski slopes in the High Tatras are south-facing and are above 1,000 metres. The most popular with advanced skiers and the best equipped is Tatranska Lomnica, this resort has the best lift systems in the High Tatras including a detachable four-person gondola. The other two base areas are Strbské Pleso and Stary Smokovec. The first is a category blue ‘beginner’, and the second is category red ‘intermediate’ according to the European ski rating system. Every TATRAGOLF resort residential apartment is located within walking distance of the 27 hole professional golf course (the Black Stork golf club). The complex of golf courses covers an area of 150 hectares. The driving range is one of the largest covered teeing grounds in Central and Eastern Europe.
